Virgin group is dipping their toes into the highly competitive credit card market. The Virgin Red Rewards Mastercard has officially launched offering beneficial perks for Virgin loyalists. The credit card is issued by Synchrony Bank and offers 3 Virgin Points for every $1 spent on purchases with Virgin Atlantic, Virgin Hotels and Virgin Voyages. In celebration of the launch Virgin Red is offering a boarding bonus of 40,000 Virgin Points to new cardholders that spend $3,000 in the first 90 days
Who Is This Card For
This card may not be for everyone but in my opinion, if you are very loyal to Virgin brands such as Virgin Atlantic, Virgin Hotels or Virgin Voyages, then this card might be for you. Even if you do not frequently travel with one of the aforementioned Virgin brands, it is possible to earn World Elite Mastercard® rewards, savings and with partners across travel, shopping, wellness and more. So if you are an avid traveler and go getter, the $95 annual fee may be worth the investment.
