Hilton is known for their larger than life themed suites at their New York City properties. From New York Yankees themed suites, to Barbie themed rooms to a full blown Aladdin Suite, Hilton rolls out all the stops. They are upping the ante a step further with the Stay Like Wicked Suite at the New York Hilton Midtown. As the name implies the suite is completely transformed into into a space resembling something out of the Land of Oz rather than a hotel suite. Rooms are currently available to book between Nov. 21, 2024 through January 5, 2025.
A One Of A Kind Experience
From the sounds of it Hilton is aiming at creating a one of a kind experience with the suite. It all starts at the doorway which is surrounded by an Emerald City inspired wallpaper. Once inside the living area and beverage bar greets guests with art deco furnishings resembling that of the Wizard’s throne room.
Once inside the bedroom, the decor changes from green to pink taking inspiration from the upcoming Wicked Film’s two main characters Elphaba and Glinda. The bed features a custom made cherry blossom canopy over it. In addition to the extravagant design, guests can will be able to enjoy exclusive experiences such as signature green and pink cocktails at the suite’s beverage bar. In the morning Stay Like Wicked guests will receive breakfast pastries in a floating balloon (sounds cool right?). Lastly, the stay includes free tickets to the highly anticipated Wicked Movie which debuts in theaters beginning November 22, 2024.
“The ‘Stay Like’ Wicked suite is an opportunity to truly transform the New York Hilton Midtown experience for fans this holiday season,” said Mark Sanders, general manager, New York Hilton Midtown. “This suite brings the story of Wicked off the big screen and into our hotel, creating an immersive, one-of-a-kind stay. From the enchanting décor to the special themed touches, guests will feel like they have stepped right into the Land of Oz, making their stay unforgettable.” Now the one of a kind experience comes at a cost. Prices for Stay Like Wicked Suite at the New York Hilton Midtown cost as much as $2,000 dollars depending on the night. If price isn’t a concern, the Stay Like Wicked Suite Hilton Midtown appears to do a great job.
