Norse Atlantic Adds New Routes From London Gatwick

,

Low cost long haul airline Norse Atlantic has announced 2 new destinations from London Gatwick Airport (LGW). Currently Norse Atlantic operated daily flights between London Gatwick and New York JFK International Airport aboard the Boeing 787 Dreamliner. Norse Atlantic will add Orlando International Airport (MCO) and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) to their London Gatwick network. On Norse’s website Fort Lauderdale is co-branded as Miami, however the cities are approximately 30 miles apart. Interstate 95 and Brightline high speed rail connect the two cities. Currently no other airlines operate between London and Fort Lauderdale. The new routes along with their respective launch dates are as follows:

Orlando MCO

  • 4x weekly, daily during summer launches May25th

Fort Lauderdale FLL

  • 3x weekly, 4x during summer launches May26th

Norse Atlantic Airways is rapidly expanding their network elsewhere as well. Out of New York JFK Norse will begin daily flights to Paris (CDG) this March with flights to Rome launching shortly thereafter. Norse also operates numerous low cost transatlantic flights from their bases in Berlin (BER) and Oslo (OSL). Full review of Norse Atlantic Airways economy product can be found on our airline reviews page. It will be exciting to see what other destinations to the United States Norse Atlantic will add.
