Marriott International is expanding their footprint in Turkey with over 13 deal signings and over 2,000 rooms being added to their portfolio. The properties in the pipeline include Istanbul’s first ever 192 key Fairfield by Marriott along with a 90 key Residence Inn By Marriott. The aforementioned properties are slated to open in 2025. Starting in 2026 Marriott will open a Courtyard and a second Residence Inn in Istanbul.
An Expanding Global Portfolio
Marriott is rapidly expanding their portfolio in Europe and the Asia Pacific region with new property signings and conversions. In Turkey alone there are over 21 Marriott brands open throughout the country including AC Hotels by Marriott, Autograph Collection, Aloft Hotels, Courtyard By Marriott, Delta Hotels by Marriott, EDITION, Four Points by Sheraton, JW Marriott full service, Luxury Collection, Le Meridien, Ritz-Carlton, Marriott, Marriott Executive Apartments, Renaissance, Residence Inn, Saint Regis, Sheraton, Westin and W Hotels. New brands such as Moxy will make an entrance into the Turkey Market for the first time. The new Marriott properties in the pipeline for Turkey include:

- Delta Hotels by Marriott Istanbul Karakoy opening 2025.
- Istanbul Marriott Hotel Pindak now open.
- Marriott Executive Apartments Vadistanbul opening 2024.
- Marriott Executive Apartments Istanbul Tema opening 2024.
- Sheraton Hotel & Thermal Spa Usak opening 2024.
- Moxy Izmir opening 2025.
- Tribute Portfolio Taksim Square opening 2024.
