JetBlue Airways recently announced plans to launch nonstop service from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) and New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS). This will be the third transatlantic route following Paris and London. Flights to Amsterdam are expected to begin August 29th from Boston and September 30th from New York. JetBlue will operate the route on the Airbus A321neo Long Range equipped with 24 fully enclosed Mint lie flat suites, two Mint Studio Suites and 114 seats in core (economy class). In celebration of the launch, limited roundtrip fares starting at $1,899 in Mint and $479 in Core. The initial schedules to Amsterdam will be:
- JFK – AMS 10:00PM – 11:35AM (next day)
- AMS – JFK 1:35PM – 4:00PM
- BOS – AMS 8:00PM – 9:35AM (next day)
- AMS – BOS 11:35AM – 2:00 PM
