Starting In summer of 2023 Jetblue will begin flying nonstop transatlantic flights from New York JFK to Paris Charles De Gaulle. Boston to Paris flights will begin shortly thereafter. JetBlue will fly the new routes on the Airbus A321LR equipped with Mint lay flat seats. This will be JetBlue’s second European destination after launching London in 2021.

Stiff Competition

JetBlue will be entering a competitive market with stiff competition from legacy carriers, low cost carriers and boutique carriers. In New York, legacy carriers Air France, Delta and American fly the route daily. Norse Atlantic and French Bee provide low cost options while La Compagnie operates an all business class flight out of Newark. Air France and Delta fly to Paris out of Boston currently.
