Hyatt has announced their newest brand, Hyatt Studios. The brand will join the select service category of Hyatt’s hotel brands including Caption by Hyatt, Hyatt Place and Hyatt house. Hyatt Studios will offer self serve amenities and in room offerings. In line with many other select service properties, the hotels will feature a complimentary grab and go breakfast and a market equipped with ready made meals and healthy snack options. Rooms feature a kitchen and convection microwave. Hyatt looks to appeal to the higher end guest looking for an extended stay property. In a press release, over 100 letters of interest have been signed by ownership groups. Hyatt The first Hyatt Studios will begin construction in late 2023 is expected to open in 2024.
