Lobby areas at Project H3 properties will have a special designed lobby area called The Hive. Here, all amenities can be easily reached including laundry, a retail market, and the fitness center. Apartment style suites will feature a fully equipped kitchen, stove top, refrigerator and more. Bathrooms will have amenities tailored towards the extended stay guest.
An Emerging Segment
Extended stay properties are becoming a more crowded segment. Hilton recently launched another new extended stay property Spark by Hilton. Hyatt has also launched their new extended stay brand Hyatt Studios. These properties are valuable propositions to both guests and hotel companies as they provide premium options for guests staying on property for an extended time for either work or personal reasons. Project H3 demonstrates Hilton’s commitment to provide a competitive offering in the extended stay segment.
