Hard Rock Hotels is expanding their portfolio to the golden state. Hard Rock International in partnership with Steinhauer Properties officialy announced plans on November 11, 2023 for the development of the Hard Rock Hotel Long Beach. The upcoming property will be historic for many reasons, especially since it is the first new build full service hotel in Long Beach in over 30 years. It will also be the newest Hard Rock Hotel property in Southern California in almost 12 years.
A Massive 427 Key Property
Conveniently located not too far from Los Angles and Newport Beach the upcoming Hard Rock Hotel Long Beach will stand tall at around 31 stories once completed spring 2027. The hotel will feature 427 rooms and suites as well as the spacious Rock Star Suites. As with other Hard Rock properties there are a handful of amenities and attractions on site. An outdoor swimming pool will feature views of the Pacific Ocean while offering an amenities deck. Two onsite restaurant options will be available to guests as well as a Hard Rock Store. For those who can find it, a unique speakeasy will be on property with an intimate concert hall seating approximately 250 guests. Construction will commence early 2024 creating 36,000 jobs and 500 permanent jobs. Official opening is estimated for mid 2027.
