There will be no shortage of food and bar options to choose from on property. Twelve signature restaurants include, Chyna Club (Cantonese cuisine), Cantina Contramar (Mexican cuisine), Dons Prime Steakhouse, ITO sushi, KYU (wood fired Asian cuisine), Komodo (Asian cuisine), LA Fontaine (champaign brunch), Mother Wolf Italian and Papi steak. Casual eats include Cafe Cuto, Chez Bon Bon (coffee & pastries), La Cote (French cuisine) The Tavern and Washing Potato Chinese eatery. There will be a promenade featuring an expansive food hall offering a variety of quick bites.

A Luxury Hotel And Convention Space

A luxury hotel will comprise of 3,644 rooms and suites. Standard rooms will average around 488 to 600 square feet offering 1 king or 2 queen beds with strip or mountain views. Guests looking for more space can opt for a suite with a king bed averaging 937 square feet. If feeling in the mood for luxury suites the 2,000 square feet suites come with a pool table, bedroom and living area. Guests can enjoy accommodations including a 14,000 square foot fitness center and 55,000 square foot spa. Large pools will not only feature plenty of seating options but offer a gaming lounge right by the pool. Convention attendees will have 550,000-square-feet of indoor-outdoor meeting space.

Nightlife

Developers and management at Fontainebleau are placing big bets on the sprawling mega property. The structure was initially constructed in 2007 and has faced financial difficulty throughout the process. After switching ownership which previously included Marriott Hotels, Fontainebleau Development will complete the property. The company currently operates the Fontainebleau Miami and have properties in the retail residential and luxury sectors. Rooms are bookable for December 13, 2023 and beyond as the property begins taking off.
