Two luxury resorts coming to Orlando are slated to open late 2023 and 2024 and are now accepting reservations for stays beginning February 2024. Back in 1982the Conrad brand was established in 1982, paying homage to the founder of Hilton, Conrad Hilton. Today, the brand aims to be the luxury hotel of choice for thoughtful and purposeful travelers. According to Hilton, there are over 40 Conrad properties open spanning 5 continents . Conrad Orlando is expected to offer sophisticated luxurious accommodations with 433 rooms, 51 suites and 10 family suites on property. Amenities will include over 40,000 square feet of meeting space, a spa with an outdoor water garden, private pool areas and a fitness center. Another highlight of the property will be signature restaurants and rooftop experiences.
A Luxury Resort Close To Walt Disney World
The Evermore Resort by Hilton will be a luxury vacation rental destination slated to open in 2024. The 1,100 acre resort will be located in close proximity to Walt Disney World, Disney Springs and Universal Orlando Resort. The resort was formally the Villas of Grand Cyprus Golf Resort. The Evermore Orlando Resort will cater to guests looking for a short term luxury rental with hotel like services and consistency throughout the resort. Eventually a total of 69 houses, 1,500 bedrooms and 41 2 to 4 bedroom villas will be constructed. The Conrad and Evermore Resort will share a beach complex surrounding the lagoon. The surrounding beaches will feature bars, cabanas, private fire pits and an aquatic adventure area. Other amenities will include a food hall, causal dining as well as wedding and private event space. The signature 18 hole golf course is expected to remain on property. According to the latest press release, the resorts will partner with Siemens offering 11 VersiCharge ultra fast DC Electric Vehicle Charging stations.
