A new all business class airline Bermudair will soon be taking to the skies. The boutique airline is now accepting bookings to Boston, Fort Lauderdale and White Plains from Bermuda. Bermuda (BDA) to Boston (BOS) will commence on August 31, 2023 operating Mondays, Wednesday and Sunday. Bermuda (BDA) to White Plains (HPN) will also commence on August 31, 2023 with flights on Monday Wednesday and Sunday. Fort Lauderdale will see service beginning on September 22, 2023 operating Monday, Tuesday Wednesday and Sunday. Specially configured Embraer E175s will operate the routes. The aircraft will use an all business class layout featuring only 44 seats as opposed to the typical 75 seats flown by other E175 operators.
A Premium Onboard Experience
Bermudair will feature on onboard product not seen on other airlines. The aircrafts will feature 44 all business class style seats. Later on a similar 30 seat configuration will be added. Similar to JSX onboard product, this will create a large amount of space and privacy. Each seat will feature complimentary Wi-Fi, power outlets and streaming inflight entertainment. Depending on the fare type passengers can check one bag free of charge. inflight passengers can enjoy food and beverages including Bermuda Rum Swizzle. Once arriving at the final destination, passengers will not have to clear customs. Bermuda recently opened a US Customs and Boarder Protection preclearance facility.
