JetBlue Airways will be coming back to Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB). Following a six year hiatus, JetBlue will resume service to New York JFK beginning December 4, 2025. For the first time, JetBlue will link Daytona to Boston beginning December 4th as well. Both flights will operate year round once daily with introductory fares as low as $59
Expanding Florida Service
JetBlue has had their fair share of route cancelations however, the northeast to Florida market has been JetBlue’s bread and butter market since day one. In addition to the Daytona Service, JetBlue is adding nonstop service from Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP) from Tampa (TPA) and Fort Myers (RSW). “Florida continues to be a place JetBlue’s unique combination of low fares and great service resonates, and we’re proud to grow our footprint with these new destinations to meet customer demand for more of the Sunshine State,” said Dave Jehn, JetBlue’s vice president, network planning and airline partnerships. “Whether it’s customers in the Northeast looking for a warm getaway or Floridians traveling north, we’re excited to bring more choices and better service to these markets.” We shall see if JetBlue will be able to sustain service out of Daytona this time around considering that they pulled out of Daytona completely in 2019.
