Spirit Airlines is in the midst of reinventing themselves. Following a failed merger with JetBlue airways and poor financial results, the airline is attempting to turn themselves around. Spirit recently launched new fare classes; Spirit First, premium economy and value. With Spirit First, new perks have been added including complimentary carryon and checked bags, priority check in as well as priority boarding. We will try out Spirit’s revamped first class product from Tampa International Airport (TPA) to Houston George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH).
